Services are available by appointment. Upon booking, clients will be asked to use a credit card to guarantee the reservation. We will be unable to book your appointment without a credit card guarantee.
Service packages and pre-paid treatments are not subject to refunds. Packages and pre-paid treatments are good for 1 year after date of purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with an un-rendered, pre-paid service, the remaining balance can be used towards other services at SWMD. In the event that a client is not satisfied with a skin care product or unable to use a skin care product, it can be returned for office credit within 15 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept or refund purchases of any opened prescription medications (i.e. Propecia, Latisse, etc.)
Tipping and Gratuity
SWMD is a non-tipping facility. Tipping is not customary at SWMD because we are a medical facility. The best tip we can receive is your repeat business and referrals.
It is at the patient’s discretion to inquire about all treatment and or surgery costs.
SWMD has a 24-hour cancellation policy for appointments. A $100 fee per appointment booked will be charged to the credit card on file for missed appointments not cancelled or re-scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Missing or cancelling multiple appointments may be subject to more penalty fees. Surgery dates must be cancelled at least a week in advance to avoid forfeiture of fees and deposits.
SWMD has complimentary parking located in the lot surrounding the facility. For overnight car storage we can also offer access to our underground garage. Street parking is also available free of charge with a 2 hour limit on most spaces along Newell and Newell Hill Place streets.
SWMD takes privacy seriously. We ensure that the staff at SWMD will not discuss client treatments with any other clients and that all photos and medical information are kept strictly confidential.
