Geraldine Gatewood, RN
Geraldine Gatewood RN is one of those medical professionals who has technical expertise AND an artistic flair. She has gained her over 10 years experience from both cosmetic surgery operating rooms and injecting chairs, but when she started her nursing career she leaned heavily toward the more technical side of medicine. As a Bay Area local, she worked as a nursing assistant at Valleycare/Stanford while going to nursing school. She received her nursing degree from Chabot College in 2003 and was offered a job in the same facility as an RN in the medical-surgical/telemetry unit. In Aug 2019 she graduated from Samuel Merritt University with her BSN.
Geraldine started to develop her cosmetic aptitudes working under Dr. Friedman as both an OR nurse and nurse injector. She maintains her more technical nursing skills as a staff nurse (level IV) with Kaiser in Fremont’s ambulatory Surgery Center.
